 Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support ongoing cases.
• Prepare background research and contracts for acquisitions and dispositions.
• Review and prepare documents for financings and re-financings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision.
• Conduct preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases.
• Attend court proceedings as necessary to support litigation efforts.
• Stay informed about developments in relevant areas of law, particularly construction law.

Skills

• Proficiency in legal administrative tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of construction and real estate law is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with legal research tools.
• Strong legal drafting skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
